Orders will ship daily Monday thru Friday (except Holidays). 

If orders are received by 11am PST we do our best to ship same day or the following business day.

After 11 am PST all orders will ship within 1-2 business days.  

A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to the email that is supplied with your order. Once your package has been processed an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information.  

Most orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, which is typically a 2-3 business day shipping time once orders are processed. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.   Some packages may take 2-5 business days.    

Larger orders will ship UPS Ground with a 2-7 day shipping time, depending on location.

Our Lab is located in Washington State.

We are unable to guarantee delivery in 2-3 business days unless overnight, second day air or third day air options are chosen at checkout.

Please be sure to use a current email address when ordering. It is our only way to contact you in case of an issue with your order. Your contact information will remain private. We do not share our customers information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we only ship to Canada & Australia. Please email us your order so we can calculate your shipping costs prior to ordering.
